This Parisian wardrobe from the 1930s-1940s charms with its moulded panel façade and understated lines. Its straight lines and geometric decor make it a simple yet elegant wardrobe, suitable for a bedroom, dressing room, or hallway. Materials: solid wood structure, panels assembled in moulded frames. Functional lock and original patinated brass Art Deco handle. Features: this Parisian wardrobe opens with two doors featuring four moulded panels, locking securely. The fluted side posts, the fluting of the cornice, and the tapered feet flaring outwards are hallmarks of the Art Deco style from the interwar period. The central brass lock emphasises the symmetry of the façade. Renovation: the wardrobe has been sanded inside and out, then painted in Farrow & Ball's Plummett grey. It has also been washed.
