Mid-century danish floating rosewood desk, 1960

Rosewood floating desk manufactured in Denmark in the 1960s. This freestanding desk features a floating top with six smooth sliding drawers on the front, two lockable(keys included). Three bookcase sections on the rear with bevelled edges. The back bookcase area fills the rear of the desk, and has plenty of storage. The construction techniques/design and materials used bear a similarity to pieces by Poul Cadovius, but we could find no surviving makers mark. There are signs of wear consistent with it age - some marks on the drawer fronts(see photos) - but overall looks in great condition.
