Marotte Fornasetti Italy 1960s

This large hobby horse was made in italy in the 70s. Its design was based on an original cast by piero fornasetti. It stands out from other models by the skull representing a short hairstyle in pointillist relief. Basically a work tool for milliners to highlight many hats, bibis, caps, berets, etc., it can still be used in a dressing room, an entrance, to place your headgear of the day, or as an original display in a fashion boutique. We imagine it enthroned in a cabinet of curiosities among other foreign objects. It is a beautiful piece of offbeat decoration with a vintage and contemporary design at the same time with the singular touch of the italian artist. It is in perfect condition.
