Writing table / Louis XIV desk – light oak – 18th / 19th century. Charming Louis XIV writing table made of light oak in the 18th century. A character piece with structured lines, typical of this style, blending sobriety and elegance. It is distinguished by its octagonal top, providing a certain originality, as well as by its crosspieces adorned with three finials. Notable old restorations are present at the feet (which have been replaced). Ideal as a supplementary desk, it fits well in both a classic interior and a more eclectic decor.
