Pair of Vintage Red Leather Danish Armchairs by Edmund Jorgensen

A pair of vintage red leather armchairs with winged backs. The cushions are foam with a sprung base and the leather has double stitching. The chairs are in nice condition, particularly for their age and one of the chairs has more wear on the arms than the other one shown in the images. Care - The leather has been treated with some colour restorer to protect them which would be good to do from time to time. Sitting in them - The chairs are very comfortable and quite low with high backs to rest your head on. The armrests are also a good height for resting elbows and they make you feel very cosy in them. There is no label but I believe them to be by Minty of Oxford. 1960s ca. Dimensions. Back heights 77cm. Widths 71cm. Depths 92cm. Arm heights 46cm. Seat heights 34cm. Seat widths 54cm.
