1950s dining table by Martin Visser for 't Spectrum, Netherlands

A very recognizable dining table designed by Martin Visser, manufactured by 't Spectrum in the Netherlands around 1950. This modern piece has a rectangular black lacquered metal base, holding a warm brown wenge wood top. The long sides of the top are turned down, which is a nice touch that makes the transition from base to top look more seamless. Its beautiful minimalist style makes it a great addition to any modern interior! It remains in good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. Some color differences towards the top as shown in the photos. No labels or marks found on the table.
