Sauce boat on stand Art Deco Saint-Amand model 4003

Model: Sauceboat on a base identical to the first, Manufacture de Saint-Amand, model no. 4003 (crowned stamp and number in relief/green very clear). Condition: Highlights: No brown stain on the body for this one (the exterior is very clean on both sides). Duck blue patterns are very fresh and clear. Authenticity details/patina: Very light network of natural superficial crazing visible inside the bowl and on the upper rim (normal patina of the ironstone from the 1930s). Edges intact without chipping.
