Nîmes-style commode in richly carved solid oak, typical of Louis XV. This piece features three drawers with curved fronts adorned with finely crafted floral reliefs. The gilded bronze handles and rocaille ornaments testify to the refinement of 18th-century French regional furniture. The curved legs and the rounded top highlight the elegance of its silhouette. The keys and locks remain functional. The generous patina shows the marks of time and invites careful restoration that will restore all the brilliance to this characterful commode.
