Gastone Trolley by Antonio Citterio for Kartell

The "Gastone Trolley" is a functional small serving cart created by Antonio Citterio in collaboration with Oliver Löw in 1991 for the Italian brand Kartell. The disks have a slight notch around their entire periphery to reduce the risk of an item detaching and are made of transparent lacquered polyester for the white version and mat lacquered polyurethane for the other versions. The base is available in chrome-plated steel and polished aluminium. The Gastone cart can serve various purposes in the kitchen and dining room, being very practical as a side table for special occasions or for serving small dishes. The Gastone trolley is equipped with handles on both sides and wheels, making it convenient as it can be folded and stored when not in use. It also comes in a larger version, the Battista Trolley, which has a rectangular shape.
