Acacia and wrought iron character table

This coffee table is full of character and authenticity thanks to its solid acacia wood top and its sturdy yet elegant handcrafted wrought iron frame. It spent a lot of time in a mountain chalet in a very cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, it had been painted anthracite, which robbed it of all its character: acacia is a robust wood but, above all, very aesthetically pleasing with its shades of color. After a few hours of stripping, lightening, and varnishing, it finally regained all its charm and soul. Of course, some evidence of its life emerged after this restoration: notably a "burned" circle on the top of the top. ...It's difficult to remove without damaging the top... and ultimately, it also shows that this table has lived and that it wants to tell us stories. It fits perfectly into a bohemian, shabby chic, or industrial ambiance.
