Set consisting of a large jug and a small zoomorphic vase in glazed earthenware, created by the French ceramist, painter, and sculptor Gilbert Valentin (1928-2001). Dimensions: Jug - Height 31.5 cm, Width 17.5 cm, Depth 16.5 cm. Vase - Height 17.3 cm, Width 11.5 cm, Depth 8.5 cm. Origin: France, mid-20th century, around 1950. Overall good condition, showing signs of wear consistent with age and use.
