Tulip lamp - Verrerie Schneider - marmoreal glass and brass - 20s/30s

Exceptional lamp produced between 1920 and 1933 in the workshops of the schneider glassworks, managed by charles schneider, french master glassmaker student of jean daum in nancy. It is a nice-sized lamp, approximately 52 cm in height and 16 cm in diameter for the tulip. The hectic barrel is streaked. It is decorated with scrollwork at the ends. A pink marmoreal glass tulip provides subtle lighting and a warm pop of color. The circular base has floral and plant decorations. Style from the beginning of the art deco period with shapes that gradually move away from art nouveau. Lighting that works, old electrical assembly and bayonet bulb. Very good general condition, just some traces of use. Lamp which will be packaged and shipped with great care.
