Carmen oval earthenware dish U&C Sarreguemines butterfly 35.5cm

This beautiful oval dish from the carmen model is made of sarreguemines earthenware. Belonging to the elegant "carmen" service from sarreguemines, this large oval dish has an adorable decoration of a bee, butterfly and blue flowers. These patterns are different on each piece in the series. The edge is decorated with small matching leaves. On the back, there is the mark "carmen u&c sarreguemines". Scratches from use, as well as underglaze stains are to be noted. It measures 35.5 cm X 26 cm.
