Very beautiful jar, large bottle-shaped with a single handle, made of Normandy stoneware (Calvados), from the 1920s-1930s, handcrafted and turned stoneware, glazed, with an elegant neck and a simple handle, glaze on these areas (on one side), at the front and back, in shades of wine, Bordeaux, with a shiny lustre and silver reflections. One side is more raw, revealing the grey of the stoneware, while the other is a darker, dull brown/black. Beautiful nuances. Approximately 30cm in total height, 15cm maximum diameter, narrower base, slightly flattened sides. In very good condition considering its age, with a few imperfections and marks of time, relatively discreet, harmonious overall, a beautiful decorative object. Approximately 1.5kg.
