This is a stunning wall light fitting with a superb stylish chromed metal bracket and arm with a strong clear faceted glass shade. The wall bracket is fitted with a pull cord on/off switch making it ideal for a bedside light. This would look great in a bedroom, bathroom or living room, particularly in an alcove, and really good if you have a mid century modern style. The ideal gift for anyone with italian modernist style decor, and an ideal prop for any period production. A wonderful decorators piece, it is really magical how a statement lighting like this can transform the look of a room. In very good vintage condition, there are some light age related scuffs to the chrome. As you can see it is currently in working order and the pull cord switch clicks on and off correctly. You will need either a professional electrician or a confident diyer to fix this in your desired location, it will be up to them to get it working there. If you have any concerns about safety you should get it professionally tested too. It is designed to be used with a european 220/240 volt domestic power circuit, so if you are from a country with 120 volt mains (like usa for example) it might need adapting.
