Large Restored Solid Oak Dining Table – Whitewashed Finish

A generous solid oak dining table with beautifully turned legs and a sturdy stretcher, restored to bring out the natural grain and warm character of the wood. The entire table has been carefully sanded and given a light whitewashed finish, creating a softer, more natural look that works beautifully in rustic, French country and contemporary interiors. The tabletop had deeper cracks, which have been repaired, but remain visible on a close inspection. The surface has then been protected with a high-quality clear matt varnish for a practical, durable finish that preserves the understated appearance of the oak. Its generous proportions make it a wonderful centrepiece for a family dining room or country kitchen, comfortably accommodating around eight people depending on the chairs used. Dimensions: L 217.5 × W 88.5 × H 79 cm. Material: Solid oak. Finish: Whitewashed natural oak with clear matt varnish. Condition: Restored, with repaired cracks and filled gaps on the tabletop. Carefully restored, this characterful table combines the charm of traditional farmhouse furniture with a lighter, more contemporary finish.
