Elegant pair of gilt bronze candlesticks in Louis XV style, 19th century. An exquisite and majestic pair of individual table candlesticks, made from solid cast bronze. These pieces brilliantly adhere to the ornamental standards of the French Rococo style (Louis XV style). Made from solid bronze with an original satin-gold patina. Second half of the 19th century (Napoleon III era / Historicism). They rest on a lobed base with a sinuous and asymmetrical silhouette, richly adorned in relief with elegant rocaille motifs in the shape of shells, vegetal scrolls, and delicate bouquets of finely chiselled roses. The stem, with a balustrade silhouette, extends the organic upward line, alternating volumes for great visual dynamism and excellent light reflection. They are topped with a fixed bowl with a fluted ring. Excellent condition. The structures are perfectly solid, symmetrical, and without dents. They retain their natural antique patina, slightly grey in the recesses, which attests to their authenticity and prevents the artificial appearance of modern reproductions in plastic or metal. Dimensions: 27 cm in height X 15 cm in diameter. As these are antique objects, they may show signs of wear. The photographs are an integral part of the description and condition of the items.
