Designed by Arne Vodder for France & Son in the 1960s, the FD-164 armchair is one of the iconic pieces of mid-century Danish furniture design. Known for its elegant teak frame, refined proportions, and exceptional comfort, the armchair combines sculptural lines with functional Scandinavian craftsmanship. This example retains its original shape and is in very good vintage condition. Condition. Very good original vintage condition with slight signs of age. The teak frame is clean and well-preserved, the cushions are firm, and the armchair remains structurally excellent. The upholstery shows minimal wear and is ready for everyday use. The two items in the photos are included as a set.
