Tray in lucite imitation tortoiseshell and hexagonal brass strap

Tray in plexiglas, lucite imitation tortoiseshell/brass strap 60-70 years. Superb serving tray and vintage decoration imitation "turtle scales". Beautiful octagonal shape, Lucite with light brown and brown patterns, variation in colour and translucent in light, Brass tray. Trays were made for dior's "home collection" in the 1960s. Very nice state of use, some surface scratches visible on the tray and edges. Very good condition of the hooping, no weakness. See all the photos in detail and in light. Width: 37.2 cm.
