Set of 4 vintage metal and plywood school chairs (2 pairs)

Superb set of 4 iconic school chairs from the 1960s-1970s. Dimensions: The lot consists of two pairs offering two seat heights: 2 chairs: Seat height of 42 cm. 2 chairs: Seat height of 45 cm. Patina & Restoration: The seats and backs made of moulded plywood have been revived and protected with a thin layer of clear varnish. The edges have been very lightly softened with fine sanding to ensure a pleasant touch and preserve your clothing. The tubular metal legs have been kept in their original condition, displaying a superb patina of use with slight traces of paint and wear that add to their charm. Very stable, sound, and comfortable chairs. Ideal around a dining table, in a kitchen, or to furnish a retro/industrial space. Materials: Tubular metal & moulded plywood.
