This magnificent pair of antique candlesticks is made of gilded bronze. These torch holders are adorned with hand-chiseled friezes. They are antique candle holders from the 18th century: one can notice the old tool marks under the base. One of the two candlesticks appears to have been restored in the 19th century between the base and the shaft. In overall good condition, there are visible dents, signs of use, and traces of oxidation. These candlesticks measure 24 cm in height with a diameter of 12.5 cm at the foot.
