Antique Victorian fish serving flatware (circa 1880-1900) in silver-plated metal, in its original case. The handles are made of bone or a similar material (tested with a hot needle which does not penetrate, glides smoothly, and leaves no trace or odor), with the typical color variations of ivory. The forks, blades, and ferrules are silver-plated and engraved with vegetal scrolls. Hallmarked with the English silversmith's mark RODGERS, as well as three other hallmarks. In excellent condition, with a beautiful shine, no chips or cracks. The handles are securely attached to the ferrules, blades, and forks. The case is functional. See photos. Length: 30.7 cm (knife), 24.2 cm (fork) Other lovely items are available in my other listings...
