19th century French oil painting of a house and its garden

Charming old painting, french school of the 19th century, oil painting representing a bourgeois house, its veranda, its beautiful garden as well as the mustached gardener in the right corner of the painting. The painting is signed in the left corner but partially erased. On the back of the canvas, we can read the provenance of the canvas "les grands magasins du louvres" in paris, name of the first department stores from 1855 to 1889. The painting has two small restorations visible on the back but not in front. Lots of charm and a beautiful quality of treatment of the life of happy days in france.
