Delft polychrome plate

Superb hollow plate in delft earthenware polychromy of great fire, 19th, signed wr 2. Decor called "with four hearts" treated on a yellow background. Scalloped edge and rests on a heel. No restorations, no cracks, the plate 'rings'. Note two very small gins of the glaze on the edge - see photos. The yellow color is very rare and almost impossible to find for sale! (a representation of the decoration of a model approaching the first half of the eighteenth century is mentioned ref. 124 p.130 in the book delft earthenware by h.-p. Fourest, see last photo). Weight: 427 gr, depth: 4.5 cm. Neat packaging.
