For sale, this magnificent and monumental vintage soliflore vase made of blown glass in amber/honey yellow. An iconic large piece, emblematic of Mid-Century Modern (MCM) design from the 1960s/1970s. Handcrafted using the "swung glass" technique (the flared and asymmetrical neck has been manually stretched while hot), giving this vase a unique elongated silhouette, adorned with stunning twisted vertical ribs that beautifully capture the light. Its thick base, shaped like a six-pointed star, ensures excellent stability despite its significant height.
