Art deco daybed ca 1930

Chaise longue in art deco style and period, this sofa is qualitative and made in the spirit of the "polar bear" model by Jean Royère but also certain models by René Drouet (see the last 2 images)... beautiful, well-balanced line! Also called recamier, sometimes lounge chairs or daybed, this living room needs to be restored, reupholstered, covered or perhaps simply cleaned. The old fabric is velvet and the padding / filling still seems good to us... A rare piece very typical of the art deco period. This simplicity and sobriety is perfect for our living rooms and our modernist interiors.
