This Scandinavian Modern table lamp, crafted by Tilgmans Keramik in Sweden during the 1950s, features a hand-decorated earthenware base with a sgraffito technique. The design showcases a vivid yellow and blue butterfly against green, grey, and white leaf forms, accented by a red band at the foot. The textured surface has a soft, organic feel. The underside is marked with 'Tilgmans, SJ, ' the initials of artist Siv Jakobsson. Dimensions: Height without lamp fitting: 18.7 cm, with lamp fitting: 25 cm, total height with lampshade: 32 cm, diameter: 8.6 cm. Lampshades are not included but may be available upon request.
