Elegance and refinement characterize this rare pair of wrought iron lamps, a unique creation from the Muller Frères house in Lunéville, dating from the 1920s. A true homage to the stylized nature of the Art Deco movement, each lamp evokes a poetic vine trellis, in which a blown glass tulip signed "Muller Frères" seems gracefully suspended. The finely crafted wrought iron mounts unfold like graceful branches adorned with vine leaves and bunches of grapes, forming a delicate dome above the glassware. The base, designed like a cup, accommodates four uprights gathered around a generous bunch of grapes, providing a discreet space to place small precious objects. The whole benefits from a finely integrated electrical assembly, enhancing the effect of a luminous suspension and diffusing a soft, warm and enveloping light. Characteristics: Period: Art Deco, circa 1925 Signature: Müller Frères, Lunéville Height: 38 cm Diameter: 21 cm Materials: Wrought iron, molded-pressed glass Condition: Fully restored in our workshop: stripping, treatment and patination of the metal, as well as complete electrification according to current standards. A rare collector's item, even more exceptional as a pair, ideal for an interior seeking authenticity, character and prestige. Muller Frères is an iconic name in Art Nouveau and Art Deco, famous for its artistic glass creations and exceptional lighting. Founded in the town of Lunéville, in Lorraine (France), the company has established itself as one of the great names in French glass, alongside Daum or Gallé. Their mastery of blown glass paste and the acid etching technique allows them to create pieces of remarkable quality, blending subtle shades of color and unique textures.
