Elegant Louis XVI chest of drawers. With ornamental bronzes. Very beautiful imitation marquetry effect with butterfly wood veneer. Very functional with its 4 drawers and glass top. Typical of the Louis XVI style and quality with: Its slightly overhanging top. The corner bronzes. The bronze rudenté spinning top feet. The mobile bronze grip handles. The butterfly veneer pattern. Beautiful marquetry effect thanks to beautiful wood veneer work: possibly rosewood. Drawers, top and sides highlighted with a simple inlaid fillet. Approximate overall dimensions: W95.8 cm X D42.5 cm x H86 cm. Interior dimensions of the drawers: W81 cm X D34.8 cm x H11.5 cm. Handle length 10.1 cm. Length of corner bronzes: 16 cm. Height of feet 15.2 cm. Used chest of drawers in very good condition: see photos. 3 small defects: chip on the back edge of the glass top. On the right side (when looking at the chest of drawers), the edges have some marks. Light splash stains on the same left side. See photos. On the front right leg (when looking at the chest of drawers) some veneer has come off in places. Small defects that do not affect the beauty and elegance of this order.
