French antique farmhouse dining table in oak with three drawers – 1850–1900

French farmhouse table in oak dating from the second half of the 19th century, with a 4 cm thick top and three drawers on one side. The top has been sanded and treated with hard oil, highlighting the oak grain and its warm brown color. It features rounded molded edges and tenon ends, with natural knots and subtle marks from years of use. The base rests on four turned legs connected by an H-shaped stretcher. Wooden pegs are visible at the joints of the frame. Three drawers with copper handles provide practical storage for cutlery, table linens, or everyday items. Measuring 171 cm long and 71 cm deep, the table is suitable for both a kitchen and a dining room. It can also serve as a large desk. The height under the apron is 62 cm; please check this measurement against your chairs. The top retains its natural variations and signs of age, with small cracks, surface marks, and wear on the base and stretchers, as shown in the photos. Weight: approximately 65 kg.
