Striking vintage Op Art porcelain vase designed by Heinrich Fuchs for Hutschenreuther, Germany, from the coveted Archais series (1960s–70s). Made of matte bisque porcelain, it features a sculptural, three-dimensional geometric pattern that plays beautifully with light and shadow. The “Archais” series, of which this vase is part, is a series of 15 different vases created with totally innovative shapes and structures, an Op Art collection that exudes true artistic and sculptural poetry. The “Archais” series will be produced until 1970.
