Pair of large zoomorphic jugs in glazed ceramic, Vallauris, 1960s. E016 Rare and elegant pair of handcrafted ceramics representing stylised birds with organic and modernist lines. The work of free forms, sculptural handles, and nuanced glazes of saffron yellow, deep black, and bluish grey evoke the productions of Vallauris from the 50s-60s in the spirit of Roger Capron or Jean Derval.
