Sled chair by Self - NF14, solid wood and wool fabric, vintage 1960's

Chair / armchair gondola Scandinavian design of French manufacture produced in the 60s, stamped seat 14 nf of self, in the spirit of gondola chairs or baumann sled. Structure in varnished solid wood (elm or beech?), the shapes are soft and curved, the seat and the back are in wool buckle with original brown and ecru patterns. The seat has lost some of its bounce but the original fabric is in good condition, without snags or stains. The wood is marked by some small impacts of time due to friction, we can see it in the photos, it is very superficial. Elegance and sobriety at the rendezvous of the total vintage design!
