Vintage bamboo and rattan bookshelf, 4 shelves, Circa 1960/1970

Free-standing shelf / vintage bamboo and rattan bookcase, of a nice size circa 1960s/1970s. The piece features four shelves in chocolate-stained wood, dark brown, each measuring: W 60.5 cm X D 30 cm. The curved top section, the two side panels, and the back of the piece showcase a stunning design in bent wood with oval/elliptical shapes. The whole is in very good original condition; vintage condition with slight marks and normal signs of use and age on the structure, a slight discolouration in places on the shelves (see photos), as well as a beautiful patina of time (see the numerous photos). Light traces of time on the shelves, as one would expect, as well as a small mark of use on the left leg (see photo). The piece is solid, sturdy, and stable. It has been gently cleaned to preserve its original patina. A superb vintage decorative piece, with rich and warm colours and rustic charm, that will fit perfectly into any space: entrance, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, office, etc. Ideal for displaying framed photos, decorative objects, plants, books, or towels, or for serving as additional storage. All photos were taken in natural outdoor light; colours may therefore vary depending on brightness, reflections, angles, and perspective from which they are viewed.
