Vintage chair in solid pine

Vintage chair, 1970s. Several available, please contact us. The original seat and backrest in Formica have been removed and replaced with very light-coloured solid pine panels. This transformation was carried out by a craftswoman carpenter in Brittany. The tubular metal structure has been preserved and carefully cleaned. There are signs of oxidation on the metal parts. New foot caps. The set is in very good condition and stable. * In an ecological approach, the wood used is always second-hand: here, the solid pine comes from industrial pallets that have been repurposed for a new life. These are meticulously selected for the quality of the wood and have received no chemical treatment. The pieces made from these boards are carefully planed, sanded, and oiled for a very soft touch (colourless Rubio oil that protects and nourishes the wood). Dimensions. Seat: W 37.5 * D 35 cm.
