Large vintage geometric Oushak kilim in green and blue, 330 x 227 cm.

Impressive and authentic vintage Turkish kilim from Anatolia, originating from the Oushak region and entirely handwoven using traditional techniques. With its large dimensions of 330 x 227 cm, this piece offers a remarkable presence and can easily become the focal point of an interior. The design is built around two large vertical rows of geometric diamonds, surrounded by smaller traditional motifs. This highly structured arrangement creates a powerful graphic rhythm, typical of ancient Anatolian kilims. The palette is dominated by green and blue, combined with deep shades of red, brown, and black, as well as touches of beige, cream, and ochre. The contrast between the bright colours and the dark background gives the rug a lot of depth. The wide geometric border that frames the composition is particularly decorative and highlights the artisanal character of this piece. The colours have been obtained from traditional plant-based dyes, with variations in tone and the natural patina characteristic of an authentic vintage textile. With a surface area of approximately 7.5 m², this large kilim is ideal for a spacious living room, dining room, large bedroom, loft, or country house. It can also bring a strong decorative presence to a contemporary interior with more minimalist lines. Its aesthetic perfectly combines bohemian, ethnic chic, vintage, folk, and Mediterranean styles. On an old wooden floor, with natural wood furniture or contemporary pieces, its graphic design becomes particularly spectacular. The small weaving irregularities and natural variations testify to its artisanal production and contribute to the charm of this antique piece. The kilim has been professionally washed and cleaned. It is clean and ready to be installed. Authentic and unique vintage piece – only one available. FREE DELIVERY IN FRANCE.
