A beautiful queen anne desk in a military campaign design. An impressive self contained military campaign style queen anne desk offered in very good condition. A cut-out backrest above the trap door is with inlaid brass edges and an enclosed writing surface, pockets, shelves and a drawer. Fitted with four drawers with the original brass inset handles and a solid mahogany lined clean interior. One piece with polished panels in the back (so suitable as a standalone piece) and raised on slender convertible legs with sculpted wreath feet. The lock and key mechanism are in smooth working condition.
