Vase, Jug Jean de Lespinasse (JdL) Hand Decorated France Vintage

Authentic ceramic pitcher vase signed Jean de Lespinasse (JdL), a famous ceramist from the Côte d'Azur (Vallauris period). Beautiful stylised floral pattern hand-painted in shades of grey-blue, green, and ochre yellow, on a lightly speckled beige glazed background. A graphic border adorns the neck and shoulder of the vase. The glazing and colours are superb and very bright. Please note a small discreet chip (glaze jump) on the upper edge of the neck (see dedicated zoomed photo). The rest of the piece is in very good vintage condition, without any cracks. Collectors of ceramics from the 50s/60s/70s, fans of the Vallauris school, or for a unique vintage and Provençal decorative touch.
