Maison Lecan presents this series of six swivel chairs with an organic shell, produced in the 1990s in the formal continuity of the vocabulary developed by Pierre Paulin for Artifort — enveloping shell with continuous armrests, front cut-out freeing the legs, swivel seat on a central stem. The weighted disc base, finished in matte black with an oval section, ensures stability and smooth rotation. The beige/khaki mottled fabric with a wool-like appearance, removable, is original and shows a consistent patina in line with the age of the pieces. The seat is contrasted with a slightly darker fabric on the lower curve of the shell. The six examples are perfectly homogeneous. This type of series — compact format, swivel, neutral fabric — was produced for high-end reception or communal spaces, and today naturally finds its place in a domestic interior or a well-appointed professional space. Reference LDP: 20260323-001. Dimensions: L60 × D56 × H76 cm — seat height 45 cm. Materials: Padded shell, removable mottled fabric, black lacquered metal base.
