Retro style chiffonier

A narrow chest of drawers or chiffonier, this all-wood piece of furniture with a 1940s retro style has been renovated and redesigned in a light greige shade (a gray and beige blend) to complement the decor of many bedrooms. This work is done using only natural products that are environmentally friendly and protect the air in your home, using a natural, bio-sourced paint. The underside of the furniture and the bottoms of the drawers are protected with a bio-sourced matte oil. The back and interior of the furniture have been renovated but are not painted. This antique piece of furniture has undergone a careful renovation. It is sturdy and stable, and the drawers slide smoothly. The paint covers any irregularities and repairs in the wood. Everything was sanded and cleaned before the renovation. The silver-plated metal handles are original; they are patinated and show some scratches or small signs of corrosion related to their age. As a preventative measure, this piece of furniture has been treated against woodworm infestations using a natural product free of harmful ingredients.
