Beautiful sculptural jug in thick ceramic, red clay with cream slip, mounted on three small feet. Workshop work from the 1950s, in an archaic spirit, probably from France or Southern Europe. Generally in good condition, with a small chip at the neck. Signature to decipher, an extremely interesting piece, either utilitarian or decorative, a real favourite.
