With its round shade and flared base, the iconic Panthella lamp has a playful silhouette, emblematic of the seventies. Designed in 1971 by the master of Scandinavian design Verner Panton, this great design classic returns in a more compact LED version. Faithful to the original model, the new Panthella Mini is produced from the personal archives of Verner Panton, who initially designed his lamp in metal. However, in 1971 he had no other choice but to produce it in plastic. Forty-five years later, Panthella Mini returns to its original materials: an aluminum base and a steel shade. Cable type: white plastic. LED output circuit: external with plug. Timer function for automatic switch-off after 4 or 8 hours. It is possible to configure the lamp so that it turns on at a given light level. The lamp has an integrated energy-saving LED light source. The luminaire emits a soft, muted light. The metal version directs the light directly downwards, creating a soft, comfortable illumination thanks to a white-painted lampshade inside and the reflective effect of its trumpet-shaped base. The acrylic version diffuses a comfortable lighting atmosphere thanks to its color and its internal lampshade reflecting the light downwards.
