Lunch cup Volkoff Vallauris

Breakfast cup and saucer in stoneware signed (stamped, in relief) "Volkoff / Vallauris / France". Arriving in Vallauris in 1960, Volodemar Volkoff (1932-2007) worked in the studios of Roger Capron and other ceramists from the Vallauris school, before creating his own workshop there in 1967. Recognised for his powerful sculptural works, he also produced a line of everyday utilitarian objects. The cup and saucer are in impeccable condition.
