For sale: an exceptionally elegant and rare folding bar cart (serving trolley) from the 1960s. This piece epitomizes the Mid-Century Modern style and the luxurious Hollywood Regency aesthetic, impressing with its lightweight form, functionality, and superb craftsmanship. Unique design and folding function: The cart features a brilliant, rarely seen mechanism that allows it to fold flat in a single motion (reducing its width to just over ten centimeters)—an ideal solution for easy transport or storage. Frame made of polished brass (or heavy-gauge brass-plated metal) featuring a beautiful, natural, and refined patina. Two tiers made of original ribbed Plexiglass (acrylic glass), which refracts light stunningly from various angles, lending the piece visual lightness. Fully functional swivel casters with brass covers and original rubber tires to protect floors from scratches. Excellent vintage condition (as shown in photos). The structure is completely stable, and the folding mechanism operates smoothly and effortlessly. The brass displays a natural patina that adds authentic vintage charm. The Plexiglass shelves are well-preserved, free from deep scratches, cracks, or discoloration. The wheels roll smoothly and quietly. Dimensions: Height: 78.5 cm. Length: 64 cm. Width: 41.5 cm. Height between shelves: 33 cm.
