Restored pine desk

Large desk made of solid pine. Vintage model from the 1940s, suitable for placement in the centre of a room. The back is fully covered in wood. Desk has been sanded, treated, cleaned, and varnished. Top made of solid wood, painted black and protected with a clear varnish. A total of 9 drawers: 4 in columns on each side and one larger one with a lock in the centre. Nice metal shell handles. Overall healthy and sturdy, resting on 8 legs. Recent finish 100% natural; varnish based on wax and vegetable oils, water-repellent and durable. Beautiful industrial-style desk in very good condition; signs of wear are visible on the top, with fine cracks. Drawers open and close smoothly and functionally. Central niche measurements: 55 cm wide, 59 cm high, 60 cm deep. Usable interior of the drawers: the largest: 52 cm wide, 9 cm high, 43 cm deep. The 6 lower drawers: 28 cm wide, 12 cm high, 43 cm deep. The 2 side drawers, at the top: 28 cm wide, 9 cm high, 43 cm deep.
