Early 19th century Antique copper milk can

This special antique French milk can, also known as canne à lait, was used in the 19th century to transport milk from the farm to home or to the market. It is a handmade piece, made of yellow copper, and is exceptionally large in size. What makes it unique is the warm, weathered patina and the numerous traces of use, giving the can a characteristic and authentic appearance. The dating is around 1820.
