Pierre Chapo was a mid-twentieth-century French designer, famous for his solid wood furniture such as elm. A fan of the lines of the Bauhaus and those of Frank Lloyd Wright, while adhering to Le Corbusier's research on the golden ratio, Pierre Chapo designed furniture that met the functionalist imperatives of modern domestic life by paying particular attention to traditional craftsmanship. Here, I present to you an element of the famous GO modular bookcase from the 80s. You will notice the clean lines that give a particular elegance to a simple module. Composed of two sliding drawers, it is possible to use it alone provided that it is fixed to the wall for better stability or to add it to an existing Chapo bookcase. A unique and rare piece of furniture. ✨ Here are its dimensions: H 87cm W 74 D 53 Drawers H 10 W 64 D 50
