Pair of fine Villeroy & Boch Mettlach earthenware bowls from the 1950s-60s. Ivory white paste, celadon marli and gold edging. Gently moving border. Stamp (green stamp): "villeroy & boch / mettlach / made in germany / w". In excellent condition: no accidents, no obvious signs of use (scratches, rubbing, etc.), gilding intact. The enamel on one of the bowls is slightly cracked (and it's barely visible). These ravines were almost never used. L 22 cm, W 15 cm.
