Small vintage dresser chic country (renovated)

Adorable small antique dresser in pine dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. We particularly love its narrow proportions, its beautiful blonde patina, and its diamond-shaped decoration, which give it all the charm of old country furniture. Materials: entirely made of solid pine. Its knobs and latch were probably added in the 1950s. Features: this small antique dresser consists of an upper section opening with two small glazed doors and a large closed storage area at the bottom. The lower door closes with a latch and is adorned with a lovely diamond panel, a characteristic detail that adds a lot of personality. Tall and narrow, this dresser offers a good storage capacity with a reduced floor footprint. It can accommodate both crockery in a kitchen and linen, books, or decorative objects. Renovation: previously painted, the piece was sandblasted by its former owner to reveal its natural wood. In the workshop, it was then sanded, treated against wood-boring insects (of which it bears traces), carefully washed, and then waxed to nourish and protect the wood while preserving its patina.
