Pair of canne chairs

Very charming old canne chairs, bringing together different techniques of woodworking: ornamental sculpture on the top of the back, wood turned for the back fuses and various elements of the feet, canning of the seat, and curved wood for the back feet. They are in good general condition, bearing the marks of their use and some original defects (a small lack at the base of one of the spindles of the back), glue marks on one of the feet (see photos). A pair to add to a mismatched set for a mix of genres of the most beautiful effect.
